At Warden Lodge we are committed to offering you the best possible care. As we continuously seek to improve, we may make changes to the way we operate from time to time. Your views and ideas are an important part of this process and we will ask for your input in many of the decisions we make. You don't have to wait for us to ask, though, you can feedback at any time in writing.

Disabled Access

The surgery entrance, consulting room and toilet are suitable for wheelchair access.

Complaints Procedure

We run an in-house complaints procedure. Further information can be obtained from Reception.

Carers

Please let us know if you are looking after someone who is
frail, ill, has a disability or special needs. There’s plenty of support
that could help you.

Registering at the Surgery

We welcome patients within our boundary area.

Patients wishing to register with the practice will be asked to complete a simple medical questionnaire, and provide two pieces of ID dated within the last three months.
